hey! i bought a car from a dealership about 3 months ago, i put my sing on the back and on the buyers part. but i keep the car on my backyard and never register the vehicle, now i want to sell the car But the seller part its fill by the dealer that sold it to me and the buyers part info its fill by me. What should i do now to sell the car; get a new title?

take all the paperwork to the registry and tell them you do not want to put the vehicle on the road and that you only want a new title so you can sell it
you'll have to pay the 5% sales tax of the sale amount and title fee of $25.00, a new empty title will be mailed to you less than a month |

go to your local dmv and you can request a new title. It may take a few weeks for you to get the title from them but then you wouldnt have that problem anymore |

Take your registration slip to the Department of Motor Vehicles and ask for a new title. Say nothing about the other stuff unless they ask. If they ask explain it all. They will tell you what to do next. Do not sell that car until you get a clear title or you will be in big trouble. |

You were supposed to have already taken it to the DMV to complete the transfer of title. (you and the dealer know a car was sold, but no one told the DMV yet)
There are no doubt dates written on both the back and front. The DMV likes you to turn in the old title with in 10 days of purchasing a car, and they will penalize you if you wait 30 days or longer. But it's not a huge penalty.
Once you turn in the title, you will be given a registration to keep in your car with your name on it as the new owner. The new title will be mailed to you and that takes about 3 weeks...(at least in CA)
$15 for the title transfer, and a USE TAX (which is based on the value of the car). Does it have current tags on the plate? If not you will also have to pay for that.
This can be done at a DMV or an AAA Auto Club |

You must register the car and get a title. When you get the title you can then and only then sell the car. I'm reading between the lines here and will just say: Don't try "jumping the title". If you try it, you can go to jail |

You didn't say where you were from, so it is hard to answer this question. In the states, and in most states, the dealership collects the sales tax. If they haven't then you will have to pay the sales tax on the purchase price to get a title in your name. You can not legally sell the vehicle if you do not have the title in your name. Some states you will get the title immediately, others it will get mailed to you. |
