I used my car title for a small loan that I am still paying on. I am getting new insurance on my car and need to know if I am still considered that I own it or if it is like I am making payments on my car again. I need to know this because I don't know if I am going to have to get full coverage again.

I don't believe you should have to get full coverage again. They just have a lien against your car, so if you don't pay them, they take your car. I dont think they can force you to buy full coverage on your car. |

you own the car, there is a lien on it, so if you stop paying your loan, they can go after your car for repayment |
