Certificate of Origin .. can it be transferd or no?

Ok so I have a scooter im tryin to sell but never got the title to it. As its in my dads name and he lives out of state we never got the title we just have the certificate of origin. My question is can i put the new buyers name on the certificate of origin and have him get the title in his name? or does my dad have to get the title and send it back signed in order for the buyer to have the title?

No, because your dad's name is on the back of that certificate of origin.

A C of O can ony be transferred ONCE, unless you're a licensed dealer. Dad has to get a title on this, before he can sell it to someone else.
