what do you think my chances of an appointment at the dmv will be cancelled? im eligible to take my driving test on the 17th of april. but the place i want to take it is not having any appointments till the 28th. so i set an appointment somehwere else on the 20th of april. im not familiar with that road or course and i hear the roads there are confusing. so what are my chances an appointment will be canceled.?

DMV appts. are rarely cancelled! It's smarter to wait the extra week or two and schedule the drive test at your nearest field office. The reason is that you're more familiar with the traffic and neighborhood.
If you should fail the drive test at the other location, you'll have to wait several weeks to secure a new appt.
