i was banned from driving 4 years ago now for 36 months, now 4 yeras on i have a child and a partner and my own home and have grown up since then so please no sarcastic remarks,,,
i am wanting to get insured again so i can take my family places and get back on the road and wondering if any 1 knows any cheep insurance companys or any companys that only ask if convicted in past 3 yeras ... so far i have found direct line as they ask if had accedent in last 3 years not 5 and with my accident being over 4 years now i dont have to declaire it to them many thanks in advance for the replys

Is your license still suspended? If it is you cannot drive your vehicle. You can insure it, however you have to declare someone else as the principal operator until your license is reinstated. If you try to drive the vehicle before that your insurance will not pay for any accident you have.
If your license is reinstated, then keep in mind insurers will want to know if your license has been suspended in the last 'X' number of years (usually 3, but can be 5). Failure to disclose this means possible cancellation for non-disclosure, which means your situation goes from bad to FUBARed. |
