Consequence of driving a friend if you are 16?

Say someone is sixteen with their license and they are driving a friend 16 or 17, around same age. What happens if a cop pulls them over? License Supension?

Possible suspension of your license and being banned from driving or getting a license before age 18, depending entirely on the rules where you are, which you neglected to mention.

Either look up the answer in the drivers manual that you got when you took drivers ed, or ask someone at the DMV or police station.

It all depends on the state. In california, if you are still in the first year of your license and you are under 18 and get caught driving anyone under 25 without adult supervision they can and will take your license away until you're 18. For your state's specific rules, look on the dmv website.
