yes you can as there is no law on how old you need to be to own a car or a home
he cant drive it if someone sues you they may still be able o grab it and if your son does something stupid they will grab it for sure |

Interesting proposition. I don't' think you can, because he is a minor and hasn't reached the age of majority yet.
However, I will admit, I'm just guessing on this one. Check with the DMV and see what they say, or the County Clerks Office, wherever you go to transfer cars in your state. |

I suppose if the laws of your state or area didn't forbid it, you could, but I would wonder why you would want to.
I can see situations where this would not be good. For example, if your vehicle was ever impounded by the police, only the registered owner would be allowed to claim the vehicle, and only after showing positive picture identification and proof of ownership. You might also have problems with your insurance coverage since the insurance company typically runs the driving record of the registered owner, and I doubt your 10 year old has a valid license.
Also (and I'm not saying you are) if you are attempting to hide an asset by putting it into his name, this can lead to trouble. |

no he isn't old enough and can couse seriouse credit problem with him later in life. butmostly couse that is just wrong. and in some countys can be considered abuse to the child. explotation. |

legally i dont think so...but in reality ,,go and try it....i once got a car reg. in my dead mothers name because i couldent with a revoked lic....look out if u get caught! |
