If you get caught by the police violating your learner's permit, you will get a moving violation ticket (a fine of about $75 to $250, depending upon your state laws). When you got to court on that ticket, the judge can revoke your license for violating the provisions of the learner's permit and prevent you from getting a new one until you're 18. |

Of course. With a licensed driver who has been licensed for the proper amount of time, and is of the proper age to supervise you according to the rules for your state in the front seat with you.
If you are driving alone, and caught by the police, you will get a ticket for driving without a license, your vehicle will be impounded. In some cases you can sign the ticket and start walking, in others you get a free ride in the back of the police car and some time in a cell until daddy picks you up.
Once court has come and gone, your wallet will be much lighter, and you may find you can't get a license now until you are over the age of 18. |

If you are caught driving on a learner's permit with no other licensed driver of proper age with you, it's the same as driving without a license, which is a crime. |

No a learners permit is only driving with a parent or guardian/family member usually above 21 years old. If caught the cops will suspend your permit and you will not be able to drive for months depending on your state law. |

No, you can only drive with a licensed driver otherwise the BMV wouldn't have given you a permit. If you get stopped by the police you could lose your permit, face fines AND a possibility that the Court delays you getting your license. |

You need a licensed driver who is 18 or older in the car with you in order to drive using your permit. If you are caught driving by yourself, your permit will be taken away. It's not worth it. |

You cannot drive on a learners permit by yourself. If you are caught you will be cited for driving without a license. In some jurisdictions (CA for example) the car will be impounded for up to 30 days, even if it isn't your car. At the very least it will be towed from the scene unless you stopped on private property. |

If the cops catch you they can arrest you, worst they will probably do is take you permit, and you wouldn't be able to get it until you were 18 or 21 depending on where you live. |

Best answer usually the simplest

A learner's permit allows you the right to sit behind the wheel and be trained in the operation of a motor vehicle. Another person with a drivers license MUST accompany you.
What could the cops do? Permit License is taken away until you are 21. |

You must have a licensed person with you in the car. The cops will give you a ticket if you are caught. If you have an accident, it can be much worse. Driving without a license is serious business. |

If you mean drive without another adult driver..then it is illegal and if caught you will lose your permit and there will be a long waiting period before you can get another. This will vary by state. I advise you do not try it.
Spend the time working on learning to spell better or use spell checker. |

You can drive with a learners permit, but you must have a licensed driver in the car with you. If the cops catch you, you can either get a fine, or possibly have it delay you in getting your drivers license |

Yes on private property if you know of someone. |

You can't drive alone on public roadways.
If you get caught, your permit will be pulled, and you won't be able to get another one until you're 18. |

You need to consult the manual for the state you live in. Generally you can't drive alone with only a learner's permit, there has to be a licensed adult with you. |
