Could you please advise on penalty points dilemma ? ?

Hi there, i got 3 points in july 2007 for speeding an SP30. However in august i got another 3 points (pc10) for parking on pelican crossings. And then in 2008 in february i got 4 more points for cd10. My counterpart is only showing the points for SP30 and CD10 and not the pc10. What do i declare to the insurance ???? should i declare whats on my counterpart which is 7 points or should i tell them i have 10??? i think they made an clerical mistake. please advice thanks

thanks

well your paper licence is wrong, the police will have details of ALL your 10 points...is they wish they could ring the insurance co and see how many you have disclosed..if you haven't told the truth then your diving with no insurance, that's £200 fine[and 8 points YOUR BANNED],confiscated car [£105 plus £12 a day storage].....IS IT REALLY WORTH IT?

If you are a brilliant driver that can avoid any cretin that tries to crash into your car, whether you are in it or not, declare NOTHING !

If you are like the rest of us declare EVERYTHING , Insurers have access to part of the Police National Computer, and will know all.

The insurers will still take your cash for the premium, no matter what but should the worst happen, they will not pay up if you are not honest

yeah whats on your counterpart

to be honest u shud tell them about the lot....

however,

that means u will pay more -

if ur in an accident they will ask for a copy of ur counterpart to check these things - in ur case ud be fine as it isnt listed

go for it and save urself sum money - uv spent enough on those fines as it is and dont get any more !!!!!!!
