So I got into a fender bender with this guy. It was late at night so we couldnt see if there was any damage so I gave him my info & gold him to let me know about any damage. He hit me 3 days later sayin he took it to a shop and got an estimate for like $3000. I met up with him and told him from the looks of it it didnt look like 3000 worth of damage so I told him we need more then one estimate before I pay so I can pick the best price. Then he told me he cant get another estimate because his mom took his car and wont let him bring it back in town. Then the next week I spotted HIS car on the next street over totally smashed in the front end of the car. Looks like he got in another accident. Do I still have to pay him if I couldnt even get a fair estimate and he's recked it worse since then???
