DVLA sending cash! What happens?!?

I sent cash to the DVLA, then later noticed that it says 'do not send cash'
what will happen?!

The reason they say that is because there is absolutely no way to trace, or prove you paid if you used cash. Chances are it will never be credited, and you will have do start over using a check or money order. I'd suggest a call to them asking what you should do.
