yes, but she can only drive the person with the disability she will not be allowed to drive it for her own personal use. if she had an accident whilst driving it for her self she would not be insured and they would not pay out. |

Yes. Your son can have 3 named drivers, and not one of them need be himself. The insurance restricts nmed drivers. They must only drive the car EITHER carrying the disabled person as a passenger, or if that person is not a passenger, the insured must be driving the vehice for a purpose directly of benefit to the disabled person, eg going to pick them up, returning from taking them somewhere, shopping for them etc. The insured must not borrow the vehicle for a pleasure trip or to go to work, or the insurance is void. |

I assume from your question that your son has a specially adapted car to suit his disability. If this is the case then I can see no problem to the insurance company putting your daughter on the insurance as a named driver. Providing the cover is for normal use ie. social and pleasure then your daughter would be able to drive under the same conditions. However if your daughter wants to drive it to and from work then make sure it is covered for that. Who is or not a passenger should not come into question. Obviously you will have to discuss all this with the insurance people. |

Probably no problem, but check with your son's insurance company to see if there are any minimum age requirements for who is entitled to drive his car. Some insurance companies will have a minimum age of 25 years.
I am assuming that your son has some form of adapted vehicle. |

this is a state applicable question.. In Indiana, the answer is yes. I believe most states are the same the ones I know for sure is Indiana, Virginia, Texas, Colorado, and some parts of California(mostly northern)
