hi mate was banned for 6 monthes got her licence back but someone said she has to resit her driving test is this true dvla havent said anything about it?

yes i agree with razzel they should ~she was in a uninsured car and already had points no drink at all, ~she passed her test twenty years ago, but thank you all for your answers,

my friend just lost his for 9 month for drink driving, he had to pay a fine and has to attend a drink drivers course but you do not have to retake the test, he has been driving for 3 years, i think if you are a new driver you may have to do a retake however |

Think it depends on the conditions attached to the ban. Most do not have to retake test. |

my dad was banned 4 6 weeks and he didn't need to re -sit his test. i think if the court can tell you to re-sit if they think its necessary |
