my car insurance was due to expire at 12:01 the same day of the accident do I have a grace period for tha policy?

if the accident happened before 12:01, then your good to go!

most likely not if its expired its expired and really if you had a accident your most likely out of luck

Nope, it is cut and dry if your accident happened at 12:00:59 then your good though.

The grace period was the 30 days before that where you did not pay.
