i scratched my neighbors car about 3 months ago..However, 2 weeks ago they got in a accident which made it worst for there car. Now, should we still pay them? or just for the damage i made?

you should have already paid if it was 3 months ago so what ever amount of damage you had done yes you owe them that. why haven't you paid them by now simple courtesy would have been to pay them in 1 to 2 weeks of when it happened not wait 3 months. |

You owe them what it would have cost to repair that scratch. Why? The unrepaired scratch would devalue the write-off payment for the car. |

You are still going to be responsible for the original damage on the car. It will be totally separate from the new damage from the most recent accident. |

If they wrecked the car the insurance company is going to cover the cost. No sense in paying for it if the insurance company is. |
