To get your driving learners permit, do you get drug tested in the drug and alchohol test or do you just sit there and watch a movie, or do you have to piss in a cup, and if so is there any way to get by it, like doing it on the internet, please help.

Stop the drug use, then you'll never have to worry about stuff like that. |

Learner permit requirements are state to state. I don't know any state that requires a drug or alcohol test, but think that's a great idea and should be added to the licensing test. I'll recommend it to my legislators.
As to testing on the Internet, another great idea, you can piss on your computer. |

I've never heard about drug/alcohol tests for learner's permits, though the laws undoubtedly vary by state. Alcohol leaves your system quickly -- usually in about 24 hours. Drugs can stick around a lot longer, though. |

No, you do not have to take a drug test to get your learners permit, well atleast not where I lived when I got mine...just go to your countys website to find out..usualy it is just a written test you have to take. |

You have to go to the DMV and take a computer test on the state driving laws, etc. No other tests for a Learner's Permit. |
