You of course realise that if you are driving without tax and MOT then your insurance would probably be invalidated by the insurance company.

You are driving illegally and you will probably find a clause in the insurance that states if you are driving other than in accordance with the law that your insurance will be void in the case of an accident.

You will get the car impounded for no tax and then have to pay a large penalty to the dvla plus points and a fine from the courts.

if you have a car on the road which hasnt an MOT or road tax no matter what the state of the car it will be towed away if the police catch you
if you have no MOT or tax the insurance is invalid so you will be prosecuted for that aswell so you will get 3 points for no tax 3 points for no MOT and 6 points for no insurance
you will not get the car back unless you get it made legal so you may as well kiss it goodbye

Yes - if you are missing one crucial thing like MOT, generally your insurance is invalid so they do you for that too!

You have to pay the back tax and you get done as your car must have tax to get insurance so bad luck

It is not legal to drive a vehicle without either displaying a visible tax disc, or having a current MOT certificate, my advice would be don't do it.
