I know you have to for sure add each driver of a car to the insurance which I have already. I have a new driver under my car now and I was wondering if I have to add her also to the registration. Her name would be on the insurance already so does it matter? Also how much would that cost me? Thanks!!

The answer is no. You should not (and cannot) add another driver to your registration. The car should be registered to the owner of the vehicle or it could be registered jointly by you and your husband if you're married.
As you mentioned, you do need to add them to your auto inusrance and that may affect your rates.
