I only have one license plate and its on the back Someone told me that as long as you have one on the back you are okay but someone else told me that you need one on front and back Which one is it Oh and I live in Texas

Each state has its own laws about license plates. Call your local DMV or driver license examining station and ask! (In Illinois, we have plates on both front and back, and it is NOT a choice!) |

well if the DMV or whoever gives license plates gives you 2 then you need 2, i think TX gives 2 plates so you'll need the one in front to, but if your only given one plate then you just need the one for the back |
