No, just sign the paper part with your new address, then post that, along with your photo licence to DVLA. really simple, I've done it a lot. |

No, you don't even have to pay if you have a full licence (I take it you're in the UK?). I changed my surname as i got married and it was free of charge. The only time i believe that you have to pay for a change of details, is if you wish to have a new photograph on your licence. |

If ur in the UK then no u dont have to pay for it, as i recently changed my address and all i had to do was fill in the paper part of the license and send my license along with it and you should receive your new 1 within 7-10 working days. |

Yes, but its usually a minimal charge like $5 or so. If your picture doesn't need to be changed the free option might be they give you a sticker to place on the back of your license with your new address. |
