In Oklahoma, I was able to get my learner's permit at 15 with a written test and proof of enrollment in drivers ed. Then, I took the driving test for the license at 16. When we moved to Texas, I was not yet 18, so I had to take their written test. However, proof of drivers ed completion got me out of the driving test. |

i just turned 16 and i took my written in school and got a 94%
and now all i have to do is go to a driving school to get my 6 hours to get my permit
so i wud say driving test.
