If you are talking about their roadside service, sure, they will come tow the car to the repair shop or to your house for you. If you are talking about AAA insurance on the vehicle, it depends on whether or not you said "yes" when they asked if you wanted collisions coverage. If you did, they will cover repairs, less your deductible unless the car is totaled. If it is totaled, they will give you fair market value less your deductible and take the car away. If you didn't, they won't.

it depends if the damage is from hitting the deer or swerving to miss it. if you swerved, and hit something else, no they will not cover it. if you hit the deer they will cover it if you have full coverage

I have had AAA for several years and have had 2 wrecks with deer.

Both times the deductible was waived.

No. That's an expense out of your pocket.There is nothing in the the clauses that states that mother nature should pick up the tab for you hitting wild animals or herbivores.

The insurance will (it's a single driver, insured at fault accident). The roadside assistance program will tow your car no matter what happened.

No. AAA is an agency. The only thing they "cover" is towing service. They can sell you car insurance policies, though, because they are an insurance AGENCY. So your policy may or may not cover collision with a deer. In most states, comprehensive is the name of the coverage, that covers hitting a deer. Sometimes, if you have collision, but no comp, the collision will cover it.
