Does Progressive Insurance have a grace period to pay?

I'm a little strapped for cash and my Progressive bill is due tomorrow. Does anyone know if they have a grace period to pay, or will they cancel my insurance if I don't pay it tomorrow?

there is not a grace period, sorry...you can send them a check for the payment due, just make sure that it is post marked on the due date, that will give you time while it is in transit to the payment center and to allow time for the check to get posted

I have progressive. They let you make monthly payments. Paying in full does get you a hefty discount, but its not required. Set up an online account you will be able to see it.

Depending on the state you live in, insurance companies CAN NOT cancel your policy until AFTER a 30 day grace period.

They all have grace periods but they don't advertise that fact. Since all companies are different, you will have to ask Progressive

i have it and i got 15 days to pay--i even went 17 one time)they didnt like that) call them just to be sure. as long as you dont have a cancelation notice you should be fine

They may have a short grace period, but you would be best off to call and talk to them or your agent to make arrangements before you get dropped and get kicked up to a high risk policy

Call your agent. Policies expire after non-payment usually, but month-to-month is a little different as policies are a 6mo or 1yr contract. Best bet is to call your agent

most insurance companies do not cancel the very next day. They will send you a notice of cancellation with a specific date that you will have to pay it by. Call your ins co and see if they can make special arrangements for you. Many will.
