the short answer is yes because all drivers on policy car drive all cars on policy

Most insurance carriers will rate the "highest rated" driver on the "highest rated" auto - in this case, the driver with the accident would have a higher rate or risk than the driver without the accident..

You FAIL at using the English language.

The policy holder - main driver - will lose their no claims bonus, and the cost of the premium will rise. By how much? I don't know.

EDIT: If the person driving was found to be at fault, then yes, the price will go up.
