No, as long as they have a full licence, and the learner is insured to drive the car that's fine. Had to find this out myself cos my girl is now learning to drive. |

no because it wouldnt be you thats driving, its the learner, but you need to be at least 21 and have a clean licence for 3 years. |

no they don't, anyone can supervise a learner ,as long as there over 21 and have had a full licence for a minimum of 3 years but the learner must be insured to drive the car |

No, just the learner, the conditions that make that insurance valid are that a person over 21, had a full licence for more then 3 years and is there all the time.
So the supervising person doesnt need separate insurance. But the learner does, |

Yes they would, cos if they have to take over driving at any stage, that you can't cope with etc, then they will have to be insured on it. |
