Depends on your state. Some states are "No-fault", which means the people involved are responsible for their own repairs...paying deductibles, etc. THEN the insurance companies, if they feel warranted, will go after the others' insurance company to recover their own losses of paying out to you for any repairs. Also, depending on your state, is insurance req'd...cause if it is, then it does not matter if the other driver was at fault. First question: which state/country are you from? Depending on the state, if it's a no-fault contested state, they you're out of luck.
Secondly, if it is the other party's fault and you have no insurance, best start looking for a good attorney. Depending on the insurance company that they have, they could turn the whole situation around on you and blame you for driving an un-insured motorvehicle and shift complete blame off of them and put partial blame on you. |

Depends. Many states say you can't collect anything if you didn't have insurance at the time. In that case your screwed. |

The other driver, assuming that you can prove that he was at fault. But not having insurance does not bode well for you. If you make a case out of it, you may get burned for driving without insurance.
A 91 Lumina isn't worth much -- less than $1,000 even if it's in great condition with low miles.
Try suing in Small Claims Court; that's probably your best bet. |

As long as the other driver has full insurance his will pay for your car but even though they where at fault you will have to pay for there's. If you can take it to court, the judge will fine you for driving with out insurance. But he will HAVE TO pay for your repairs if the judge decides in your favor. |
