Drive by yourself with permit?

okay im getting my permit soon and have a few questions
when i first get it how long do i have to wait until i can drive by myself? [with those certain time restrictions]
and i live in florida

AT NO TIME can you legally drive by yourself as long as you have an Instructional Permit. Until you get your license, you must have a qualified licensed driver with you when you are driving on a permit.

Learners Permit Restrictions

A Florida learners permit is also known as a restricted license. This is because it has specific restrictions and requirements as follows:

* You must be accompanied by a license driver 21 or older in the front passenger seat at all times
* For the first 3 months only drive between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.
* After the first 3 months drive between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m.
* You must holder your Learners License for 12 months with no convictions

You have to be 16 to drive by your self but I think u have to have your permit for 6 months then when you turn 16 u can drive by your self

You must successfully complete complete drivers training.

You must drive with a parent or other fully licensed adult until you reach age 16 without receiving any moving traffic violations - depending on FL law those hours may have to be logged and signed for by the parent.

On attainment of your 16th birthday you may take the road and written tests provided you have no violations and only then assuming you pass both written and performance tests, will you be issued a provisional and conditional license subject to time and passenger restrictions under which you may operate a motor vehicle without direct adult supervision.
