What is the ticket when you have someone underage sitting in the car if you are driving and you just got your license? The thing where you cant drive anyone under 20 for a year. Have any of you gotten the ticket? How much is it and do they suspend your license? Point on record? I live in CA btw.

when operating a class M vehicle, or so licensed, with no passengers
aboard.
