I have a valid drivers licence and i just went to court today because the judge said driving without a licence is a moving violation in Ohio is this true? i thought it was a non moving violation

well i think it would be a moving violation because it would count against you, if you get a non moving violation then it won't count towards you, as in license points or insurance points, you just pay a non moving violation ticket off and thats that, basically an ordinance ticket is non moving violation and a citation is a moving violation |

well you can own a valid license but you have to carry it with you when you drive, so maybe the judge ment that you didnt have it in the car with you |
