I completely lost my head and left the scene i know i shouldn't have before people start saying im an idiot! but the main problem i have is upon handing my documents in to the police station it turns out my mot had expired by 9 days what will happen too me? its my first year of driving too.

unfortunately you are in a place i would not want to be.I'm not from the U.K. but i would lawyer up. any insurance you may have had will be void,also if there is damage to the second party and their insurance covers them,they will in turn sue you for the amount paid out and any other costs.Good Luck. |
