I threw a snowball today at a passing car, and it didn't do any damage or cause an accident, but the guy backed up and asked my name, so i like an idiot, i told him my real name! so how much trouble can i get in for that? btw, i live in NY state

Did he get an address..... Phone number. Don't worry about it. I am 50 and the kids throw snowballs at me all the time I stop and the ones who aren't ready for it run but the others and I get into a snowball fight every time.
I truly think he was trying to put the "BIG SCARE" into you. ya it worked. I wouldn't lose sleep over it. If he comes back by say Uh no my name is chucky Cheese or something like that. You can never claim your real name again,,,, |

I can't believe people think that throwing a snowball at a vehicle is OK.A couple of years ago someone did the same thing and the driver lost control and hit a tree and was killed.Would you throw a rock?If your stupid enough to throw a snowball then your stupid enough to throw a rock. |

Okay your dumb. And most likly a warning from your local police. If you have had previous warnings then community service or juvy time is likely. |

you can't get in trouble if the snowball did not do any damage just apologize to the guy and even if he goes to the police they won't care they have better crimes to stop. and the most if you would get in trouble is maybe some community hours or pay back for the damage if any. |
