Geico insurance wants to talk to me concerning an accident i don't know what to say?

They said they wanted to ask some questions about an accident i had earlier.

I did (yes "I") a hit a run last weekend and the cops talked to me and notified insurance. so now they called me and left a message.....but my mom called them b4 and they want to talk to ME

what will they ask and what will be the risk of them not paying for the accident.

(i swerved the car basically and crashed into a tree & phone junction box and then i left) (and the cop never gave me a ticket)

Just tell them the truth of what happened.

That's all they want.

Then they can decide the best way to handle the claim.

If you lie...and they don't pay the claim...then the property owner can and will sue you. The guy took the time to file the claim...it won't go away.

So...be honest...tell them what happened.

Believe me...you are not the first person to hit something and leave. Geico has heard it before.

I take it Geico is your insurance company? Call them and speak with them. The phone company has probably reported their property damages to your insurance company. Geico is calling to confirm the loss. Speak with them and let them handle it or the phone company will come after you for the damages.

They aren't going to lock you in a room and interrogate and torture you. They will simply ask about the accident. They have to pay but they may cancel you later.

Of course they want to talk to the driver. They'll ask you about it.
Depending on what you say they'll pay nothing, that's what they do.
