Do you really think they are cheaper. Who pays for all those commercials. Make sure you check locally prior to just going to one of those two. |

It depends on your credit rating. I received a lower rate from AllState. After checking with those two as well as Esurance, progressive and TSC Direct- TSC Direct gave me the lowest I have ever seen-and I live in NYC and am a 1st time driver over 25 |

but now have progressive if your looking at it price wise..you may want a quote from progressive too, to compare the three |

One thing that I think gets overlooked in pricing insurance and asking which is better is what will happen when you are involved in a accident. Talk to your local body shop, the one where you would likely take your car for repair and ask them which company does the best job of taking care of the customer and giving a fair claim adjustment. Nothing is more frustrating that having to fight with your own insurance company to get a claim paid. Strange also as this will vary from region to region depending I guess on the representative of the company. |
