I live in Illinois, and Im wondering if anyone knows exactly what they make you do for the driving test, like backing around a corner, etc.
Also, if you have any tips for a new solo driver, that would be greatly appreciated.

one problem a lot of people have, including me lol i was taking my driver's test during fall, so there were a bunch of leafs on the road, well the instructor asked me what kind of street we were on and i said 1 way, he told me to turn left, and i ended up turning left from the right lane (bc leafs covers the lines and i couldn't see) and just that ONE thing failed me lol so just make sure u turn from the left lane to to left, that alone can fail u. good luck. oh and stop at the train tracks to look both ways. |

usally they make u do three point turns, parallel parking, backing up straight, and make sure u do the speed limit. they always gig you if u go over. for the most part its pretty short and easy just remember the basics: stop completely at stop signs, check your mirrors when backing up, use your blinkers and wear your seat belt. just be relaxed when u go in and try not to run anyone over and you should be fine. the graders usually give you a little lead way because they know your nervous. good luck |
