Going to register my new used car 2mrw at the dmv and im wondering......?

if they are going to give me the license plate i need for it than and there (doesnt have one got car at auction) or are they going to send it out to me..fyi i live in cali

Yes , the DMV and the AAA Auto Club have plates to give you, then and there. You'll also get tag to put on the back plate. Ca is a two plate state, so you'll get two. It costs $18. Cash or Check. AAA's are usually a little less crowded.

You'll also get your registration for the glove compartment and your title will be mailed to you.

they'll give you the plates that day... which i believe they do charge you for.

I live in WI and they give you the plate at the DMV when you register your car. So yes, you should get your plate but I dont know for sure about California.
