your definately looking at a fine although its probably gone in your favour by admitting the offense if the vehicle belonged to someone else theres also a chance that the owner of the car could also end up in court aswell & they could be charged with permitting without insurance & a valid liscence which means they could get a heavy fine & also points on there liscence ! i honestly dont think your get anything other than a fine as obviously you havent got a liscence they could hardly ban you or put points on it ! hope this helps you

Looking at the number of offences and the severity, I'd say you're looking at deportation - probably to Italy.

If you'd stolen the car and got caught after a chase and denied everything, you'd get 5 hours community service minus the court time, you'd get paid for your travelling, probably sent on a car theft training course in the Bahamas, and given the freedom to the city.
As you admitted you were guilty and caused no damage, you'll probably get a 10,000 pound fine payable over 3 installments, a lifetime driving ban, the choice of which limb you get amputated, a 15 years jail sentence and to shame you a tattoo over your face saying CRIMINAL.

You were not just moving the car you were actually driving it somewhere else and given you had no licence and no insurance I have little sypathy and hope you are deported to Baghdad

I know of someone years ago who moved his motorbike to a safe place for the night. He put the key in the ignition and turned the engine over so he didn't have to push it and as he was walking it he was stopped. He got a breath test and was over the limit. (Which is why he was pushing and not riding). He had a licence, insurance and the whole kaboeng. He got points and they added up enough to get him a 6 months driving ban.
I believe driving without insurance alone is 6 points minimuum. Don't be surprised if no licence carries 6 points as well. And you might get a fine.

You will score very highly on the mitigation scale and receive nothing more than a slap on the proverbial wrist but it's also going to be an automatic driving ban. If you are a full license holder it will take immediate effect. Prov holder will be kept on record and hamper you in later years.

Spelling? Never admit to fault hire an attorney to go to court and learn what they want to do to you before plea no contest. Tow Bill impound fees. Ticket for no licence ticket for no insurance. Implications are if you wanted insurance the companys would say you have violated the law and tried to operate a car with out insurance "High Risk" You really need to get the insurance and licence ticket removed from you record it will haunt you up to 7 years. Attorney may get the random check turned over because the police need probable cause to stop people. Start working on a good story with legal help!

A bit of a fine I expect. It won't be much, people who nick a car, take the police on a wild chase then wreck a few parked cars and a couple of police cars only get community service, so I wouldn't worry too much. Tell them they are breaching your human rights and they will leave you well alone.
