got a brand new 2007 ranger today and tonight i got rear ended and it was my girlfriend that did it so i dont want to put anything on her.. well the car dealership fix it cause i dont want my insurance to go up.. only the bumber that got hurt

Trust me man, fixing rear bumper damage is expensive on an old veh, let alone a brand new one. If its just the bumper if might be a around 800, but if they have to replace the bumper absorber, or brackets, or anything thing else underneath your talking around 1500 |

If its only the bumper have her pay for it.....probably cheaper than the deductable. Oh yeah and tell her to back off! |

It is cheaper to pay cash rather than all the grief for an under 500 dollar collision. There was no report?? Can't use the insurance company now without a report. Just replace the bumper and get past this issue. |

In any accident, you have obligation to get police report, and tell insurance company.
You are basically saying that your friends and family are above the law. I have already told my friends and family that this is not the case for me. I do not want them to be telling me about
* how they cheated on their income taxes
* how they tricked the police
* how they pirated some software
* how they got away with shop lifting
* what woman they seduced
because any time the ploce question me about any unrelated situation, I am going to spill the baans about any misdeeds I have heard about
and depending on how serious I consider the offense to be, I may turn them in before then
because I think we all should be very careful about being good people
If she is this bad a driver to do this to you, don't you have an obligation to get her off the highways before she kills herself or someone else? |

The dealership should have a body shop that could repair the bumper, but you'll have to pay to have it repaired.
