I recently missed a court date for traffic court in Indiana and I think the traffice court will issue a bench warrant for my arrest. If they do issue the warrant what happens next? I was pulled over for speeding and got a ticket for failure to show proof of insurance. A couple years ago I was pulled over because my license plate wasn't properly mounted and found then I had a warrant for some other tickets in Indiana. I'd like to know since my driving record isn't great, if I need to get an attorney and if this could result in a possible license suspension, probation and/or jail sentence? I don't get in any criminal trouble but have had issues with traffic tickets for like speeding, stop signs and now the insurance...should I be worried about any jail time in the state of Indiana???
