incident report is shown that the car hit me comin into the lane i was drivin in a 4 lane 2 going e 2 w it shows that she came over into my lane but her ins is sayn thats not what the report is showing.no one was givn a ticket. me and the passanger was injured we went to the hospital and got xrays and we r going to the chiro

Look over the accident report you have carefully and make sure it is indeed showing you are not at fault. Then have the ins. company fax you a copy of the one they have and make sure they are the same. Then contact the police department or possible the officer that came to the scene. A ticket should have been issued if they wrote the report as someone coming into your lane. If all checks out then the police dep. or officer is to blame and they should help you fight it.
Be diligent and demand what you want but without getting rude. These ins. companies and police dep. can be very difficult to deal with. Do not let them push you around! |
