Hardship license in georgia?

I am 14, my birthday is in 13 days. Which means i can get my learners.
but my mom cant always sit in the car to do do necessary things(doctors, food shopping, picking up prescriptions ect.)
so i looked up information about hardship licenses, and it doesn't specifically say if i can get approved for one.
so if you know a lot about them, could you tell me if i would get approved.
again, im 14, 15 in a couple weeks.
i need to be able to drive to school if i miss the bus
and to be able to go get food from the store
there is one licensed person in the house, but she is sixteen and not reliable.
my mother is licensed, but her doctor told her not to drive.
Additional Details
missing the bus is a hardship if you have no other way to get to school.
and like i said, i need to get perscriptions and go to the doctors. ect.

Actually, you're wrong. It did specifically say whether or not you can get approved.

You are NOT in a hardship.

Getting food, is not hardship.

Missing a bus, is not hardship.

Not a single thing you mentioned, gives any reason that you need to drive. You do not get to.

Sure, there's some necessary things. Simply put them together in a schedule. Grab your mom, run a whole bunch of errands, and you're done. It's not that hard.

If all you want to do, is get necessary things done, you'll find a way. On the other hand, if all you want to do is get a license so you can drive, stop now. You won't get approved, you'll just waste their time. And make it harder for others to get legitimate hardship licenses.

There is a form you will need to fill out and send to the proper channels in your state. They will decide if you are under EXTREME hardship, and if you MUST have the license to "survive". One thing that gets me is, missing the bus is a hardship? No, missing the bus is irresponsible.
It would be a hardship if you went to a private school and they did not have a transportation system. How about GET OUT OF BED in the morning time? What kind of medical problems do you have that requires you mother to sit in the car, waiting for you at the doctors all of the time? She doesn't want to eat either? I am sure she will ride along to go grocery shopping..
Anyway, I think you chances are 0 on getting those licenses -You lost me at the "missing the bus" ordeal. GROW UP and be responsible!

Your case looked good until there was an already licensed person in the house, I'm assuming your brother or sister. Other than that you have a good chance of getting one, but if they don't say "yes" immediately don't be afraid to argue with them a little.
