Having driving lessons again as failed 3 times sure its due to nerves gonna have 30 hr semi intensive & test?

do you think this is a btetter idea as i had only 1 lesson a week and breaks in between the 3 tests i took but i need to learn bay parking as this is in the new test i havent driven since november and gonna have a few hours a week with test in june will this help gain mopre experience as i have no other help than the instructer and am worried thinking about it as i dont want to fail again

i failed 5 times and was having 3 lessons weekly, past on my 6th test finally!

you could try 2-3 a week this could do you no harm

1-Tell your instructor how you are feeling as you drive. Ask them how they got over nerves in certain fearful situations. Mine fear was LEFT turns on busy roads b/c I was worried about clearing on coming traffic & also keeping cars behind me waiting. My instructor said, "You don't drive according to other driver's time needs. You wait until you know it's clear. The other driver's are not going to take care of your medical, legal, & propery expenses if you make a premature left turn into traffic. If it's just a way too busy road, sometimes it's best to take the right turn & go aways down road & make 2 lefts to go in direction you need to. -- However, when taking test, you gotta' take a left as instructed so I spoke out loud so tester could know my thoughts. ("If he was doing speed limit I'd have the pocket to take my left after him.")

2-Try to schedule test day of or day after last lesson. This way you are still fresh from driving.

3-Remember that every driver out there was nervous at 1st but now they are very comfortable about process & I will be too.

4-During test, imagine what will help you best to relax or just follow thru with instructions. I pretended I was driving to go see dying family & this would be me last turn to see that person. The instructor was my friend giving me directions to see person. I knew I'd have to keep a cool head & make this drive to have last visit w/ family. I don't have time to worry IF I can make drive. I'm just going to do it a piece at a time.

5-During drive, rotate eyes on road, mirrors & speedometer. You watch road, but use little peripheral flicks of they eye to check out the others.

These were all the tricks for me to pass test, but #4 worked the best b/c I was not thinking of instructor as person looking for how to fail me. I pictured them as an ally helping me to get where I needed to go.

I think the intensive course will be better for you and allow you to be more comfortable with the car by the end of it
