Help! i just crashed my car!?

It was a four way street with stop signs. I was turning left from the left lane. The car i crashed into was coming straight. I asked her didnt you see my turn signal and she said no because of the sun or something. I got to the stop sign first. who is at fault?

She would be at fault. If you arrived to the stop sign first and you had your blinker on and she still proceeded through the intersection and hit you then she would be at fault. |

The Law Is that you can not Enter an Intersection from anywhere unless It is safe to do so. This includes left turns right turns,etc. Unless It is safe to make your turn (Means there is NO other vehicle approaching or also turning) or enter an intersection from any direction. |

get a laywer,protect yourself.if you are under 17,they can come after your parents,house,money.etc.dont settle for a insurance claim...they just want to clear it up. |

You cannot cut anyone up, in whatever situation. You crossed into her path so it was 100% your fault. Besides, didn't they teach at driving school that you owe right of way to people coming from your right? Didn't she smack into your right hand?
