Well i parked my car and my mom went in the dmv office to call a coordinator to supervise my driving.Well i waited for about 1 hour in the car listening o music. Then suddenly i accidently hit my hand to the reverse gear.(which is surprising because my hand moved it so far down)I was in shock when my car backed up. what i didnt realize was that my coordinator was right behind the car writing a few things.The car came out pretty fast hitting my coordinator to he side. She has a few bruises on her face. She came out of the car and started cursing and telling me i will never get it and stuff. When i went inside they told me that was the only teacher for the rest of the month.She reccomended going to another office. Can i do that?

That's one of the more stupid things I've heard today.
And you're a total liar.
Let's assume 1 of two things:
1. You have a manual. If you put the car into reverse,which would mean you put in the clutch, switched gears, released clutch etc.....then there was no accident about it.
2. You have an automatic. In which case, the car has a shift lock, which must be pushed in, then the gear selector must be shifted all the way down to reverse. Which is also not possible to be an accident. And you would have to depress the brake, since the gear shift will not move, without the brake being pressed.
So, the truth of the story, was that you were sitting in the car, probably getting bored, playing with the gear shifter, and thinking about the driving test.....and backed into her. There's simply no other way it could have happened.
Also, if you injured a coordinator, before you even took the test, yes, they can file to suspend your license.
