personally i would not think so, the reason I say this is due to the fact that I would think that they would require evidence for the past few years that you have been a good boy/girl.

i would think so mate go down to the post office and get the forms for your provisional licence and send it off to dvla with your driveing licence but if you are not sure fone dvla up or the hgv driveing school i have got a few mates who have just done theres and they had points on there licence , when i went for my hgv class one i didnt have any points but i think if you did have points it will stay on your licence when you get the hgv class2 licence good luck anways mate |

dont see why not, but you will have extra high insureance and need someone to teach you to drive an HGV who know you have 9 points |

you will be able to take you're test and pass but having 9 points on license will find it near impossible to get a job,
most companies will not employ with more than 3 points on license and take you off the road if you have more than 6 |

Not if it was up to me. The fact you have nine points on your licence makes you a danger with a car never mind a H.G.V. |

To be fair, nobody knows (except him) what he got the points for, so you lot can't judge the quality of his driving!
You get points for parking tickets as far as I'm aware, so yeah!
I don't see why not, best bet is to contact the DVLA and ask! |
