some one ran into my car to day and we decided to just let it go. we didnt exchange information and the cops didnt get called. so we both just left. is that ok to do or could it be considered a hit and run since the cops didnt get involved? the uy that hit me was tryin to blame me and everyone was telling him that is was his fault and this guy was crazy so i didnt want to deal with him so i just let it go. I just want to make sure I cant get in trouble for not collecting his info

No it's not considered a hit and run. It's only a hit in run if you do not have conversation with the other party involved. You won't get in trouble for not reporting to collision to the police. You're fine... don't worry about it |

As long the guy is ok and left, it's not hit and run. It's only hit and run if you leave someone dead or injured on the road. |
