My ex-boyfriend wants to take the car he bought from me away.
He bought it for me as a gift, after he trashed my last car. He also abused me mentally as well as physically, and I guess he thought that buying the car would make up for it. For some reason, I believed it at the time. Luckily I got out of that relationship, but now he wants to take my car away from me.
It's under his name, as well as the insurance, and he has been making payments on it.

You might not want the kind of person in your life but you are giving him the reason to be there so if that's the case don't blame him if he goes wacko look at yourself as an enabler. P.S. unless he put it to paper and you did nothing about collecting on the last car it's safe to say it's his..

Legally, the car is his and there's nothing much that you can do about it. There's a lot of things that you can do for your self though, get out of the relationship completely by not trying to fight for the car. It's not worth it. He's not worth it! |

If it's his car, he can (legally) do whatever he wants with it. If you don't let him have it, he can have you arrested |
