im 14, so i dont havea drivers licence, and i dont have a passport, i dont have a school ID, and my birth certificate is at my mothers house in Nebraska, [im in Main]. So wat can i use? and it has to have my pic AND my age.

You don't have anything except perhaps a social security card? . Otherwise get your birth certificate from your mom and you have a place to start. |

Have your mother fax or email your birth certificate to you and use it to get a state id or something. Or a copy of your parents taxes might work. I don't know what else to tell you, except mabe a fake id(if you have the more for one). |

Maine does have an ID card program. You have to show 2 of the following things (one with your birthday and one with your signature):
Driver's license
Learner's permit
Driver education card
Social Security card
Passport
Birth certificate
Military ID or dependent ID
Citizenship papers
Divorce papers
Marriage certificate
Baptismal record
Court order
School records or transcripts (certified)
Unemployment card
Weapon permit
Adoption papers
It will cost you around $5 and you can get one at any BMV office. If you don't have any of those documents, call the BMV to see if you can use anything else. |

you have no ID. everything that is considered proof identity in most places, you don't have. get your birth certificate because that is most important. your birth certificate along with your social security card can help you get the other forms of ID because those are the only two IDs that we get after being born.
at your age, you aren't expected to have a license, bank statement, utility bills, other stuff that adults use for ID. |

When I lived in Texas, you could get an I.D. card that had all the same information as a Drivers Liscense, but wasn't a liscense. Perhaps Maine has something similar. |
