My cousin got this car from some woman a couple of years ago. Then he went away and left the car to me but I don't know who the woman is that he got the car from. Can I still go down to penndot and get the title?

Yes, you will have to file for lost title at the DOT/BMV near you. Make sure to have the VIN with you, and try to have some proof that you own the car. Good luck. |

I don't understand what u r asking. It sounds like it is your cousins car, u do not have a title, and why would you want to know where the woman is that sold your cousin the car? Anyway, if you can prove the car is yours somehow then I would imagine you should go to the license bureau and file for a lost title. |

File for lost title. It costs a little more, and you only have to show proof of ownership, such as a bill of sale. |

no. she has to sign. tough luxk. hopefully you dont have any money in it. there might be a way, though to find her with the vin no. . look all over in the car for a paper, letter, anything with her name on it. under the seat, in the trunk, everywhere. good luck. |

I dont know penn's titling requirements. Did your cousin get a title????? You can take the VIN number to the license bureau and they can tell you who the car is titled to. if you're not aqbove forgery, send off for a lost title! |
