How do I insure a van for only one month in the usa.?

I'm planning on using my van for roadtrips and other random trips this summer. I want to save some cash by only paying for what I will use on insurance. What are some companies that offer "Pay as you go" insurance? (their rates would be appreciated)
Additional Details
I dont want to cancel a long term service because I dont want to pay any fees. They have pay by the week/month services in the UK I would like one in the US.

just get a quote online and explain your situation to them... pretty easy. every company has services for stuff like that. when i was in your situation.. i used a site called http://www.4insure.net .. very helpful! good luck!
