as long as you keep the vehicle in a closed garage, they can not get it.. however, if you drive it around, park it in public places, they can repo it anytime. they have to follow a strict breach of peace.

I heard in most states they have peaceful repo law and that means they can not repo if you catch them doing and tell them to stop. Make sure you get it on camera so you can prove you said do not repo my car
